Soumak rug features different styles of tribal motifs, predominantly geometric, transitional and bird motifs. The unique hand-woven construction technique produces a flat-weave rug that is thick, strong and exceptionally durable with its threads rather left uncut/stranded at the back. Finely woven in a rich detailed motif, this semi-Vintage soumak rug is unique due to the wefts used to produce decorative patterns.
