From the early 20th century, the wood frame is heavily carved with shells, wreaths and swags. There is beaded trim on the inside of the frame. The detail and relief of the carving is wonderful. At one time the wood was lightly gilded and faint gilding remains. The original finish is undisturbed.
This mirror will grace any entry, powder room, or living space.
