About The Brand: According to their website, "Maison Janisson-Baradon was created in 1922 by Georges Baradon and his son-in-law Maurice Janisson, stirrer and cooper respectively. They decided to combine their two names in order to develop a champagne brand, whose vineyard was, already at the time, planted in the town of Epernay, the capital of champagne." (Not entirely sure what a 'stirrer' or 'cooper' is but I'm gonna presume it might be 'distiller' or something similar.)
