Gorgeous green onyx pedestal pedestal / pillar with gilt/gold ormolu metal mounts both on the base and the scrolled capital under the round top.
Elegant slender fluted column. The stone is what sets this piece apart from all the others - the natural opalescence and translucent quality of it - a lovely piece of green, brown, amber and antique white/cream onyx, the depth of which we have tried to catch in the sun lit photograph.
