Created in France during the 18th century, this walnut desk showcases the stylistic characteristics typical of the Classical Louis XVI era. The desk features a rectangular planked top with distressed appearance, sitting above an elegant apron carved with fluted motifs and concealing a small single drawer opening thanks to a ring pull. This apron is carved on all sides, the table will therefore be able to float in a room and be seen from all angles. The ensemble is raised on four tapered legs with fluted accents, mounted on petite triangular feet.
