An exceptional, Danish, Modern, teak draw leaf Expandable dining table, by Willy Sigh for H. Sigh and Sons Mobelfabrik, Denmark 1960s. With an initial large footprint, this table can also offer a generous space and double in size once its hidden draw leaves are extended. Amazing design and construction detail, with two built-in self-storing leaves. Simply pull out a leaf on one or both ends to extend the table and create a table that will easily seat 10. This table expands to 114 1/4″ (9.52 feet) long! Wonderfully rich Teak color and grain texture throughout. The rectangular table teak surface with stylish teak grain on the top surface, raised on strong sturdy legs, extends to a large size with two built in leaves. Fully extended it becomes a large conference table, exquisitely constructed, characteristically sleek and functional and exudes an aesthetic beauty as well making it perfect for the modern interior. This is a wonderful table that offers two large leaves, changing it from a medium size table to a large table. Each of the leaves is 20 3/8” across, making this a versatile piece indeed, built to last the test of time. Very good original condition firm and solid build. Sleek two-tone design and sturdy construction add to the attractiveness’ beautifully aged teak with rich patina, quality craftsmanship and exquisite design.
