The artistically nested oval medallion employs pendants and attached boteh-like hooked leaves.. Surrounding is a sandy-straw field with pointed mihrab-like corners. The main border has a salmon ground with every second palmette violating the inner border. Pile islands on the plain weave ends. Very extensive palette, with an especially appealing goldenrod and teal. Shaded contours. Fine condition. less
