Made out of pieces of teak this beautiful pair is in excellent condition. Each has a slot where a knife is inserted for safety and easy access. The pair comes with 2 different sizes to complement a variety of food display, the pair is flat on one side and convex on the other to prevent a spill. Signed lightly Dansk on both knives.
Jens Harald Quistgaard was a Danish sculptor and designer, known for his work for Dansk Designs. He was a sculptor, grounded in traditional handicrafts which influenced his tableware and kitchenware designs. Dansk items are synonymous with Scandinavian modern.
