Born in rural France around the turn of the late 19th / early 20th century, hand-crafted by the farmer who used it, likely having no formal carpentry training, making this a one-of-a-kind table. Featuring primitive hand-crafted solid pine construction with natural live edge, having a plank top with age related warping and splits, rising on unusual shaped thick chunky legs.

As warm and attractive as it is useful, having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a cozy country cottage dining table, farmhouse kitchen island, cabin workbench, rustic lodge library table, breakfast bar, or oversized console sofa table, to name just a few.
