Large (39.4” x 27”), original oil painting on canvas with a custom wooden frame. Very mid-century in subject; an almost desolate, industrial cityscape with a view of a train on a railroad track under a bridge. A gloomy, stormy sky with only a couple of hints of clearer blue.
Painting is in green, gray and black with an occasional turquoise and deep orange.
I could not discover a signature, but the painting has a very European feel.
Cityscapes don't come better than this.
