A pair of Giuseppi Pagano Pogatschnig upholstered bentwood open armchairs and ottomans designed in 1939 for the Boconi University in Milan. Stylish set of two Art Deco armchairs and two ottomans designed by Giuseppe Pagano Pogatschnig, made in 1939 in Milan for the Bocconi University of Milan. Great form. Beautifully made.
Giuseppe Pagano (August 1896 – April , 1945) was an Italian architect, notable for his involvement in the movement of rationalist architecture in Italy up to the end of the Second World War. He designed exhibitions, furniture and interiors and was an amateur photographer. He was also a long-time editor of the journal ‘Casabella’. Items can be sold separately if necessary.
