This statue comes from my personal collection. The Vintages dealer I purchased it from years ago, shared that it was originally a boutique store display, in the 1940s.
This beautiful female figure is made of a hard resin mould, skillfully wrapped in velvet. To top off the lovely abstract bust, is an artfully sculpted velvet updon held in place by pins. The color is a beautiful wheat or nude.
Being a handmade Vintage piece, and so unique at that, I doubt another would ever be found. less
