BRIONIS DOLPHIN STEM WINE GOBLETS (4)
When I first saw these Handcrafted Brionis Wine Goblets 25 years ago at an art gallery on Madison Avenue in NYC it was a one of those "Aha" moments when I thought "I've got to have them." I shouldn't have, but I did! They are truly unique and breathtaking. Over the years I have received numerous compliments attesting to their beauty and unusual design. A showstopper at any event, and the absolute perfect gift for a wedding or anniversary.
These captivating Wine Goblets are quite tall with a commanding height of 12" giving them gravitas. The stem is beautifully curved and culminates at the base in a Dolphin-Tail sweep design. They certainly have the "It" factor. Their elegant design is reminiscent of the Art Deco Movement. They are vintage, hand-crafted, and one of a kind. They are both artisanal and artistic, and if Wine Goblets can be works of art - these qualify. The craftsmanship and artistry illustrate the intricate detailing, rich color, and sheer beauty of the design. The various hues of amber reflect the light and give depth and brilliance to the ombre effect of the tint.
