It is in wonderful condition and very shapely. And, it is quite small. I have never seen a Baker piece this small and not sure of its intended use but would be a great accent chest, a side table for a low-profile chair, or even a jewelry chest. The dovetailed drawers are long and shallow. It has a factory-aged finish and gold gilding around the top trim and around the legs. Very unusual piece by Baker.
