This is an early 1950s Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller/Zenith fiberglass arm chair. The piece retains its original checkerboard Zenith label, dating the chair to between 1950-1954. It features the coveted rope edge, and has its original X base with the large shock mounts. It has exposed fibers, and has a very attractive patina.
The chair measures 24 inches deep, 24.75 inches wide, and 30 inches tall. Its seat height is 17 inches.
