Perhaps dry cleaning would be the best route to take but we'll leave it up to the buyer. The filling in the pillows does show some wear but is still in usable condition. There are a few small stains, all pictured. The button is missing from one side of the lumbar pillow. We think it would be easy to get a lovely solid color replacement pair of buttons that would look great with the pillows to replace or take off the other one. less
