These small but vibrant Mid-Century Leaf Motif Trinket Trays/Dishes/Coasters are truly marvelous! The 8-piece set features the sleek modernist design for which the Neocraft Collection by Everlast was known; the set includes 6 pieces in Emerald Green and 2 pieces in Glorious Gold. This style of decorative metalcraft is typical of mid-century home décor and these pieces are stackable for easy storing, but why not have them out on display at all times? This trinket dish, tray, or coaster collection would make a thoughtful gift for anytime of year or design sensibility, especially during the Winter and Spring Seasons!
Size: 6 1/2" long by 4 1/4" at the widest point of the leaf form. The underside has a flat base with the Maker's Mark: "Neocraft by Everlast".
"In 1932, Louis Schnitzer and Nathan Gelfman formed Everlast Metal Products Corporation, producing high-quality, hand-forged aluminum giftware. In an era of growing uniformity via factory production, the "made by hand" aspect of these products held an aesthetic appeal for consumers. In 1938, Everlast introduced the "Neocraft" product line, made of anodized aluminum and featuring vibrant colors and clean lines. It was at this time that the iconic Everlast "Neocraft Apple" Ice Bucket was introduced, and was such a success that it would remain in production until 1955."
