A wood base has four brass flat fluted columns with holders and drip plates attached to their tops. These columns are held together by heavy C-shaped iron bands.

MEASUREMENTS

11 ¾” (29.8 cm) long x 2 ½” (6.4 cm) wide x 4 ½” (11.4 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 10.6 oz (775 g)

CONDITION

There are some marks from oxidation on the brass, and a couple of tiny spots of what appears to be white paint on one side of the base. Underneath there are lighter squares at each corner where there must have been scratch protectors. Since photographing I've wiped teak oil on the base and it has really evened out the tone of the wood.

With its clean, modern lines, this candleholder could fit in with many styles from art deco, to MCM, 70s, 80s or contemporary. less
