- Purchased in 1971 from Boyd Lighting, these antique brass quarter round sconces are a wonderful solution for adding atmospheric lighting … more Purchased in 1971 from Boyd Lighting, these antique brass quarter round sconces are a wonderful solution for adding atmospheric lighting to any room. Ceramic sockets hold one bulb. They were used with a cord cover but can be direct wired to a wall switch. They also have an on-off switch just inside the bowl if you chose not to wire to a wall switch. After 50 years, the outside of the bowls have some scratches, but it's not very visible when mounted high on a wall. They were placed on each side of a Chippendale mirror in a dining room, which gave the room a modern/traditional appeal. Brass with an Antique Brass finish. less
