the central entablature is carved with foliage, with a troubadour figure on either side. Twisted columns on either side frame a hearth opening with a molding around the rim. Napkin folds on the outer sides.

the jambs from bottom to top are canted, twisted and foliated. The top cornice is carved. Openwork mirror with fenestration at the top.
