Olivier gagnère is a french artist and designer born in 1952. In the 1980s, he met designer ettore sottsass and worked with the memphis group in milan. He then worked with murano glassmakers and master craftsmen from all over the world for the realization of his first creations, in particular glass and porcelain objects. He collaborates with major french brands as well as with galleries such as marc lamouric, néotu, kréo, or even maeght where his works are exhibited. From 1992, olivier gagnère designed, among other things, a porcelain collection for the great bernardaud house, which he would later take care of fitting out the rue royale tea room in paris. Then in 1994, he decorated the café marly at the louvre museum by developing all the furniture and lighting. His successes followed one another with the cristalleries saint louis, artelano, véronèse.
