There … more This is plate 13 from Francisco Goya’s “La Tauromaquia” Series originally printed from copper plate engraving in about 1816. There were 33 different images in this series. This one is called (in English) A Spanish Knight in the Plaza, breaking his spears without being helped by the chulos. This is thought to be an early twentieth century edition. The image itself is about 9.25” x 13.5”. Not including the gold frame. less
