A 19th century Country French comtoise, or grandfather clock, with pine case and embossed brass pendulum. The case is from Normandy circa 1900-1920 and the movement is from Marseilles circa 1880-1900. The seven day Morbier movement and has been professionally cleaned and is in working order, having an enamel face signed by the clockmaker, Richard Koch & Cie. Three bells, chiming on the hour, two minute after the hour, on the quarters and the half. Pendulum and clock surround have matching embossed, hand painted decoration with floral decoration in pale gold, green and pink. In good condition with minor cracks in the enamel of the face.
