The harp measures 41" wide, and 31" tall at its tallest. It has some signs of age and use, as is appropriate, and would need to be re-attached should the buyer choose to use it. The top of the piece is what may require the most attention, it has been marked with water rings and there is also a small dark blemish, less than 7/8". Both are pictured above. There are two noticeable nicks less than 1" at the front of the piece (pictured), and some minor wear along the top lip. The remainder of the piece is in good condition. Structurally, the piece is sound. The drawers and cabinet open smoothly. It is solid and well constructed. A visit to a local vintage antique furniture specialist or a pass from a talented hobbyist would help regain its original beauty. Good overall condition. less

This piece of beautiful furniture was handcrafted with love and attention to detail, then signed by Mr. Theodore Evers, Campbell Nebraska,--but with no date. Based on the type of wood, and the detailed carving at the bottom of piece, it can be assumed it was 1930's, or perhaps earlier.
It features 2 drawers, with rustic handles and dovetail joinery, and a side cabinet. The harp, which would have been used in its former life as a towel rack, is easily removed--but leaving it on allows for practical space to hang some lovely linens, or to frame a mirror or simple, vintage piece of art, as pictured. The design is simple and elegant, and features a hand carved motif at the bottom center.
Its former life as a dry sink has left some wear and tear at the top, and all flaws are pictured and described in detail in CONDITION NOTES, but for its age, this piece is in remarkable condition and with the addition of some custom hardware, and some TLC from a furniture professional, it is ready for a whole new life as a small credenza in any living space, or elegant storage solution in a spacious bath. less
