- A vintage (1960s) hand painted and decoupaged tole metal (sheet steel or iron) foot bath or basin. The bath is … more A vintage (1960s) hand painted and decoupaged tole metal (sheet steel or iron) foot bath or basin. The bath is hand painted green with yellow antique print decoupage. The edges are trimmed in gold. The rolled steel or iron handles are held firmly in place with hand made rivets. Black paint lines the inside and bottom. Dimensions are 9.5” tall, 29” across handle to handle and 18” wide. Condition of the sheet iron or steel is excellent but there is some wear to the paint and decoupage. Please see all images. less
