A really nice and rare vintage vase from Libochovice by Frantisek Peceny, for Sklo Union, 1960. This vase is very special with the unusual shape with ornate flowers in the decor, which makes a statement with or without flowers.
Sklo Union where tradition meet innovative design and resulted in exceptional mid-century modern art and design glass. Sklo unions products are often used in interior design projects since they are bold and with a certain retro and vintage edge. Sklo union dominated art glass production in eastern parts of Europe during the 1960s and 70s.
