Pair Swedish Modernist candle holders by Gunnar Ander. Produced by Ystad-Metall, located in the town of Ystad in Sweden.
Stylised flowers in brass on 6 asymmetrical black enameled steel arms. This is the big model which is a lot more impressive than the small model in the same design.
Both are signed with the Ystad Metall logotype and the stylized initials of Gunnar Ander under the base.
Gunnar Ander is a Swedish artist born in 1908. He created many objects in metal and glass which are represented in museums in Sweden. He collaborated with Ystad Metall until his death in 1976. This piece has an attribution mark,
