Hepburn is one of the few people to have won Academy, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Awards and won a record of 3 BAFTA Awards for Best British Actress in a Leading Role. She devoted much of her later life to UNICEF, work she was inspired to do after witnessing the atrocities of World War II as a young child.
