Danish Mid Century Modern wholesaler of ceramics BR (Brothers Rasmussen) had this beautiful Organic pottery vessel designed and created. This piece has a jug form and has a textured unglazed bottom half while the top half is finished in a spotted olive green glossy glaze. Two small wing type or ear like handles were applied at the border separating the glazed portion and the texture one. BR had a number of talented ceramist producing custom designs and produced pieces that were released under the BR brand.
Measurements: 5 inches diameter x 11 inches high
Condition: Very Good. No issues.
The last image shows the BR vessel next to a raffia wrapped Thomas Hellström vessel for Nittsjo, Sweden, a perfect combination. less
