We love these ultra mid century and very durable set of serving bowls. The large set includes 15 pieces, plenty to serve a large family or gathering: 12 serving bowls and 3 snack display bowls. The 12 serving bowls are made a fabulous (very thick and heavy) plastic that looks and feels almost just like wood but is more durable for using and washing. They are medium brown in coloring and have a great wood grain pattern on all sides. The are medium in size, making them very versatile and perfect for serving anything you cook up. But the fun doesn't stop there! The set comes with a 3 nesting real wood bowls that are labeled, "Potato Chips" , "Peanuts" , and "Pretzels". All 15 pieces stack nicely when not in use, great for space saving storage. And it makes for a super fun and retro party experience.
