These would be beautiful facing a fireplace or two used as fireside chairs. The seat height without the cushion is 17.5 inches, with the cushion in place, the seat height is 20 inches. The gingham side of the cushions has some minor spots and the toile side has a few stains. The chairs look stunning without any cushions, but we decided to include them in the listing.
