The lid is beveled and there are hand painted details on each edge of the lid. The box is stamped China on the base and was made for US export between 1891-1918. The inside of the box has a glossy white orange peel texture. It measures 5" x 3.5" x 1.75" and would make a lovely accent addition to a living room, bedroom, office or family room. less
