This bowl with incised design and old repairs originates from the Nupe region of Nigeria. Please note this is a fragile, aged, and lived with item, and as such it may have significant repairs, patches, and cracks. In some cases existing cracks may have spread slightly since photographing due to now being in a different environment from that in which they were originally made.
