This is an incredible rosewood and aluminum table by Jørgen Kastholm & Preben Fabricius. The piece is from the 1960s.
Rare design with a gorgeously figured Rosewood top that has rich depth and color. The three leg aluminum bar base is finely machined and gorgeous accented with allen head details. Take a look at the superb craftsmanship evident on the underside of the table (close up photos).
Wonderful opportunity to own a piece of design history and make a real statement in any interior - clearance undnearth the table is 26.5" - the table top is 1.25" thick, and the aluminum bars are 2" wide by .5" thick. We think this is best used as a center table with grand flower arrangement or for a retail display, as a library table for books or as game table. Could be raised to dining table height if one wished too!
