It was … Read more I found this gorgeous cloisonne trinket dish at an estate sale and was immediately drawn to its colors. It was alongside two others but this was the only one in the condition I look for for my shop. The metal is copper. The background color is a gorgeous shade of turquoise around a floral and foliate design in greens, pinks, reds, blues, and even some yellow. It features a scalloped design around the rim inside and out, and a basic floral design on the outside, along with a vibrant blue enameled base. The copper rim has been polished and the dish itself has been cleaned with just a dry cloth. There are no dents, cracks or missing enamel. There is some pitting consistent with age. See less
