Made by Diversified Ceramics for the Club’s 40th anniversary in 1986. Beautiful plate that appears a lot of care went into the design and production.
Gilt rim and gilt details on the perimeter scenes of the sunset, moon, sailboats, and gondolas on the water, alternated with fans with florals and carnivale masks.
The plate has textural halftone details when viewed from different angles. The background behind the archway in the center of the plate has dappled textures (pics 8-10).
The plate has a nice substantial weight.
Very nice condition. A few faint fine marks to the gold.
