It is much more amazing in person than can be shown in the pictures, and it is stunning with light shining through it. The piece is not signed, but it looks very similar to pieces signed by Van Teal, and I bought this piece from a high-end estate that had other lucite pieces and many midcentury items.

Dimensions:

Height: Approximately 15 1/2 inches to the top of the highest "leaf."
Width: Approximately 21 1/2 inches when measuring across the "wingspan" of the wings jutting out each side.
Depth: 10 inches

The square base measures 10 inches by 10 inches.

The sculpture weighs 11.6 pounds.

Condition: Excellent condition, with no noted chips or cracks. There are some scuff marks and scratches on the underside of the base, which causes the underside of the base to look cloudy in some spots. less
