Antique Rustic Country French Whitewashed Dining Table was hand-crafted to last for generations, and features a solid plank top, reinforced corners over single plank aprons, and finely turned legs for a touch of refinement over more rustic designs. A handy drawer is fitted on one end, intended for cutlery but usable for a variety of storage options. The subtle whitewashed finish creates a ceruse effect, giving it a light and airy visual effect while providing a protective coat for the sturdy old-growth oak. Look closely and you'll see the pegged mortise & tenon joinery that will ensure incredible longevity and enjoyment. Intriguingly, the initials "MC" are stamped on the apron indicating the craftsman who created the table was proud of his work!
