Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso green with bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass gondola boat shaped bowl. The bowl has pulled glass sides that are curled down, and has an applied clear and gold scalloped rim. The gold leaf glitters when the light catches it. Created in the style of the Fratelli Toso company. Would make a great display piece on any table, dresser or credenza. Use it as a catchall, candy dish, or fill it with cut flowers to create a unique vase. Mid-century era. The bowl measures 11" long x 5 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" high.
