Organic Pierre was inspired by a photographic work Eric Gizard did in the summer of 2019 in Turkey. from white pebbles cleaned and rounded by the sea, he assembled some of them into abstract forms, joining together in organic articulation. Eric Gizard was an Andrée Putman collaborator and is well known for his poetic work. Pierre is a living organism. Each element can be used in an individual, unique and monocellular way. Together, the curves of each element fit into each other as in a 3-dimensional construction game to form a whole without limits. Pierre is free. It gives the impression of growing according to his desires or those of those who welcome him. Every one can imagine complementary shapes to make it a totally adapted element. This handcrafted sofa made in France is customizable, you can choose other fabrics (here it is Holland & Sherry 100% wool).
