This is a Coalport burgundy and cream serving bowl with raised gold trim and a gold beaded edge. It is also marked D.B. Bedell & Co NY.
The bowl measures 9 7/8 inches across the fluted rim and is about 1.50 inches deep.
The porcelain is white but inside the bowl is cream.
The bowl has a six-sided burgundy shape with a cream center and a flat gold dotted outer edge. On the burgundy is where the gold is painted and a lot of that is raised. Some of the gold inside the bottom of the bowl is slightly worn and the flowers and flourishes are just painted gold.
The bowl has no chips, cracks, or damage and no crazing. The bottom rim is a bit dirty or worn. Sorry, I do not have a picture of that. Date for the Coalport mark is 1881 to 1931.
