Mid-late 19th Century, made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship as expected from Baker Furniture, possibly a design collaboration with Mastercraft Furniture.

This Bureau Plat features three drawers with polished gilt pulls, finish is a chocolate brown lacquer with gilt accents. The gracefully curved cabriole legs end with gilt rococo decorated hoof sabots.
