It was designed in 1962 by the famous Italian architect Ico Parisi.The solid rosewood frame is ingeniously constructed and shows a variety of connections that together form a layering. We see double dowel connections on each leg, which in turn are positioned asymmetrically from each other. The bottom beams sit against the longest beam that runs across the width and the ones above protrude slightly. Raised edges ensure that the glass top remains fixed to the frame.A dark and endearing appearance of the rosewood naturally adds another element of charm.
