A perfectly formed, sculptural bowl, striking in its simplicity by Vermont based potter Eric Moore. Glazed in a warm red-brown tenmoku glaze that has such a visual depth that allows the form stand on its own merits.
Suitable as decoration and every day use, the glaze is food safe.
Eric Moore grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2019 with a Bachelors in Fine arts for Ceramics. Upon graduation, he moved to Vermont to work as a potter. He works in and manages the studio of Miranda Thomas Pottery in Bridgewater, Vermont.
