Whether you utilize this impressive working cage for your songbirds or display as a decor piece, it will not disappoint. A wonderful combination of whimsy and practicality, the octagonal Chinese pagoda style roof has a fantastic deep red finish and the hand done metal cage and stand are faux bamboo with a cross stretcher and splayed legs. Made in the Chinoiserie revival taste of the early 20th century Europe. The working front door is secured with a slide out metal piece ~ open the door for easy access to the entirety of the cage!

This beautiful piece has a lovely time worn patina. Standing at a striking height of over six feet, this is the epitome of Far East Style!

This birdcage is in good condition for a vintage item. Vintage items have been previously owned and loved, and will show some level of wear consistent with this prior use. There are areas of minor wear on the base, as shown in the photos. This piece has a beautifully distressed and patinated metal finish. The photos serve as an additional description.
