This piece is over 200 years old and in miraculously good condition. It is in the "Temple" pattern, and the top of the plate is decorated with a chinoiserie design of temples, pagodas, and other stylized flora and fauna. The bottom is marked "Pearl Stone Ware, Temple, P.W. & Co." It was made by Podmore Walker & Co. in England, which later became Wedgwood.
