A beautiful hand thrown and hand painted pitcher by Vermont potter Eric Moore. This pitcher features swirling laurel branches in a dark red iron pigment decoration on a warm pink shino glazed neutral ground. The glaze has a lovely consistent crackling throughout that adds depth. Food safe for beverages and also lovely as a vase or on a shelf.
Eric Moore grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2019 with a Bachelors in Fine arts for Ceramics. Upon graduation, he moved to Vermont to work as a potter. He works in and manages the studio of Miranda Thomas Pottery in Bridgewater, Vermont. less
