Here is such a charming decor piece made in 1983 by Schlegel. It's a miniature hot air balloon, complete with hanging basket and weight bags. The balloon is made with a wire frame that is covered in red, blue and rainbow panels of fabric with coordinating trim on the edges. Below, the wicker basket hangs from metal wires. At the top of the piece is a fishing line for hanging. Super cute!
