The lobster is mounted on a custom iron stand made to hold the legs and tentacles a couple of inches off a table. This articulated lobster is French and probably an element from an advertising sign to designate a restaurant or a place to buy seafood. This 19th Century crustacean sculpture would be wonderful on a sofa table or in the middle of a big table for display because it is large in scale and size. less
