Stunning Oriental jewelry box with floral design on a gold gilt shiny background. The photos really can't capture the beauty of this piece, especially the gold which is very vibrant.
Lots of tarnish resistant lacquered brass hardware surrounding the box including handles on each side. There are 3 drawers behind doors lined in beautiful red silk fabric. The top drawer has compartments or cut outs for rings. Each drawer measures 8" x 13". The box measures 14" wide x 9" deep x 9 3/4" high and weighs 12 lbs. It is finely crafted and was originally purchased in Neiman Marcus by the previous owner. Age is estimated. less
